Our client is looking for a creative, confident, and results-driven Content Creator to develop engaging beauty and cosmetics content that strengthens our brand presence, drives customer engagement, and supports sales. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in beauty, skincare, and makeup, with basic knowledge of makeup products and application. The candidate must also be comfortable creating and editing high-quality content using an iPhone.

Create engaging video, photo, and social media content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other relevant platforms. Develop creative content ideas that showcase RLG products, promotions, campaigns, tutorials, and brand stories. Create makeup tutorials, product demonstrations, before-and-after content, product reviews, beauty tips, and educational content. Demonstrate and explain the proper use and benefits of makeup and cosmetic products. Support product launches, promotional campaigns, sales activities, and special events through creative content. Take high-quality product and lifestyle photographs using an iPhone. Record, edit, and produce videos using an iPhone, ensuring good lighting, framing, sound, and overall presentation. Edit short-form videos suitable for Reels, TikTok, Stories, and other social media platforms. Add captions, transitions, music, voiceovers, text, and other relevant elements where appropriate. Monitor social media trends and identify creative opportunities relevant to the beauty and cosmetics industry. Participate in photoshoots, product shoots, makeup demonstrations, and other content activities. Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to develop content that supports business objectives. Maintain a consistent visual identity and tone across RLG Cosmetics platforms. Monitor content performance and provide insights on engagement, reach, views, and conversions. Maintain an organized content library and ensure all created content is properly stored and accessible. Ensure all content accurately represents RLG Cosmetics and its products.

Requirements & Skills

1–2 years of experience in content creation, social media, digital marketing, beauty, or a related field. Basic knowledge of makeup products, application techniques, beauty trends, and cosmetics. Strong creativity and the ability to develop fresh and engaging content ideas. Proficiency in creating and editing content using an iPhone is required. Ability to shoot clear, well-composed videos and photographs using an iPhone. Basic to intermediate knowledge of video editing applications such as CapCut, InShot, VN, Canva, or similar tools. Good understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok, Stories, and other short-form content formats. Good communication and presentation skills. Comfortable appearing on camera or working with models/content talent.
