seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the bank's financial management, regulatory compliance, and financial planning functions. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving financial performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting the bank's growth strategy.

Provide strategic leadership for the bank's finance and accounting functions. Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational objectives. Oversee budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, and cash flow management. Prepare and present accurate financial reports to executive management and the Board. Ensure compliance with Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), NDIC, and other regulatory requirements. Monitor financial performance and recommend strategies for improved profitability. Manage statutory audits, tax compliance, and external financial reporting. Establish and strengthen internal financial controls and risk management processes. Supervise and develop the finance team.

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline. Professional qualification such as ICAN, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent is required. Minimum of 3 years' experience in a senior finance role, preferably within a Microfinance Bank or financial institution. Strong knowledge of banking regulations, financial reporting standards, and risk management. Excellent leadership, analytical, and strategic planning skills. High level of integrity and professionalism.
