About the role
Our client is seeking an experienced Corporate Finance Specialist to support strategic financial planning, investment analysis, fundraising initiatives, and corporate finance activities.
The successful candidate will provide financial insights that support business growth and long-term value creation.
ResponsibilitiesConduct financial analysis and develop financial models.
Support fundraising, investment, and corporate finance transactions.
Prepare business valuations, feasibility studies, and investment reports.
Monitor financial performance and recommend strategic improvements.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulatory standards.
Present financial insights to management and key stakeholders.
RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in corporate finance, investment, or financial advisory.
Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
