We make calls to customers to pay their outstanding debts, Send messages to customers, Guide customers through the payment process, Persuade reluctant customers to make payment promptly, Meet weekly and monthly targets, Give proper and correct report of work.

Job Summary
Are you a confident proactive and result oriented person with a passion for Cedit Collection? We are looking for a Credit Collection Officer to join our growing team in Jankara, Ijaiye, Lagos State.
ResponsibilitiesContact customers to follow-up on outstanding Loan repayments.
Negotiate and agree on feasible repayment plans.
Maintain accurate records of all collection activities.
RequirementsMinimum of an OND, NCE, HND and B.Sc Degree
Previous experience in loan collection is an added advantage.
Must own an Android phone.
Good Communication and Negotiation skills.
SalaryN60,000 - N200,000 per month.
