Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Customer Operations Manager to drive active retailer growth across our Micro Fulfilment Centre (MFC) network, improve field sales productivity, and strengthen retailer engagement and retention.
Key ResponsibilitiesDrive retailer acquisition, activation, retention, and repeat orders.
Monitor and improve Partner Sales Executive (PSE) productivity and performance.
Ensure every active MFC has at least three active PSEs.
Track growth targets, analyse performance gaps, and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate with MFC partners to achieve customer growth and sales targets.
Maintain performance dashboards and provide regular management reports.
RequirementsExperience in field sales, customer operations, distribution, or retail network management.
Proven experience managing field sales teams and driving customer acquisition.
Strong analytical, reporting, and Excel skills.
Excellent team management, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
Willingness to travel across MFC locations.
