Job Summary
The Direct Sales Agent is responsible for driving the acquisition of new customers and promoting the bank’s products and services to meet assigned sales targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, approach, and onboard new customers for the bank’s products.
Actively market and sell assigned banking products to individuals and businesses.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Ensure full compliance with the bank’s policies, KYC, and regulatory requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to support retention and referrals.
RequirementsMinimum of OND degree in any discipline with a minimum of Lower Credit
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
Age limit is 30years or below.
SalaryN107,000 naira monthly plus commission.
Other Benefits:HMO, 13th Month and Leave allowance
