As a Direct Sales Agent, you will be the face and voice of our bank in the marketplace.
Your role goes beyond selling products—you will be a trusted advisor, helping customers find the right financial solutions for their needs.
Every account you open, every product you recommend, and every relationship you nurture will directly contribute to our growth and our customers’ financial success.
What You'll Do
Identify and engage potential customers through field visits, networking, and referrals.
Promote and sell the bank’s products—such as savings accounts, current accounts, loans, and digital banking services—to individuals and SMEs.
Understand customer needs and recommend tailored financial solutions.
Assist customers with account opening processes, ensuring compliance with KYC and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
Provide feedback from the field to help improve products, services, and marketing strategies.
RequirementsQualification: HND / B.Sc Degree.
Age: 35 Max.
Gender: Male and Female.
SalaryN150,000 per month.
