We are seeking a seasoned Executive HR Leader to oversee our overall human capital strategy, organizational development, talent management, and employee relations. This is an internal leadership role responsible for aligning HR initiatives directly with long-term business goals and driving performance across the enterprise.

Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute enterprise-wide HR strategies that align with business growth and corporate objectives. Talent Management & Acquisition: Lead executive recruitment, succession planning, workforce strategy, and high-performance retention programs. Organizational Development: Design organizational structures, change management frameworks, and leadership development programs. Compliance & Policy: Ensure strict adherence to employment laws, regulatory frameworks, governance policies, and internal ethics standards. Compensation & Benefits: Oversee total rewards, compensation structures, executive benefits, and payroll governance. Performance & Culture: Foster a strong company culture, manage employee relations, and optimize performance management systems.

Hospitality Background (Compulsory): Minimum 15 years of progressive HR experience, with direct experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel/hospitality establishment. Experience: Minimum of 15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5–7 years in a senior executive leadership role (in-house corporate background required; non-consultancy). Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s or MBA preferred. Certifications: Advanced HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent senior professional charter) strongly preferred. Skills: Expert knowledge of labor laws, executive negotiation, strategic workforce planning, HR technology, and change leadership.
