What You'll Do
- Drive sales growth and consistently exceed assigned targets.
- Expand our customer base and identify new business opportunities.
- Build and manage strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and key accounts.
- Ensure excellent product visibility, availability, and merchandising across your territory.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Submit timely sales reports and ensure prompt payment collections.
What We're Looking For
HND / B .Sc. in any relevant discipline.
5–7 years of hands-on FMCG sales experience.
Strong understanding of the Lagos market and distribution channels.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
A self-driven, resilient, and target-oriented professional with a winning mindset.
