Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Supervisor with experience in Phone sales or BNPL mobile phone sales.
The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for leading and managing field sales agents, driving sales performance, ensuring effective customer acquisition, onboard new retail partners across their region and maintaining compliance with BNPL (Buy Now Pay Later) policies.
ResponsibilitiesManage and coach a team of BNPL field agents
Maintain strong relationships with partnerphone stores
Explore and onboard new retail partners across their region
Monitor team performance and ensure target delivery
Assist in dispute resolution and customer satisfaction.
RequirementsBachelors’ Degree in any relevant field
Minimum of 1- 2 years’ experience in mobile phone sales or BNPL mobile phone financing and supervisory role
Strong leadership, coaching and team management skill
Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target driven environment
Proficiency in Microsoft office tools and sales reporting.
SalaryN250,000 per month.
