Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Factory Audit Officer to join our team in a fast-paced polythene manufacturing company.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring factory operations, ensuring compliance with internal procedures, identifying operational risks, and maintaining accurate inventory and production records.
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct routine audits of factory operations, production processes, and inventory.
Monitor compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality standards.
Verify stock movement, material usage, and inventory accuracy.
Identify operational gaps, risks, losses, and process inefficiencies, and recommend corrective actions.
Prepare accurate audit reports and present findings to management.
Investigate discrepancies in production, stock, and warehouse records.
Work closely with Production, Store, Warehouse, and other departments to ensure operational accountability.
Support continuous improvement initiatives through regular monitoring and data analysis.
RequirementsHND or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in factory auditing, inventory control, warehouse operations, or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
Strong data analysis and reporting skills with good proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Good understanding of inventory management and supply chain control.
Ability to identify operational risks, irregularities, and process weaknesses.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and investigative skills.
High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
