Job Summary
Our client is seeking a proactive and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations, ensure consistent product quality, and drive operational efficiency to meet production targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, organize, and supervise daily production activities to meet specifications and deadlines.
Coordinate manpower, raw materials, and other production resources effectively.
Monitor production output, product quality, and compliance with SOPs and health & safety standards.
Lead, coach, and evaluate the performance of production staff.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Prepare production reports and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
3–5 years’ experience in a production supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
Good knowledge of production processes, quality management systems, and health & safety regulations.
