 Job Title: Field Collections Officer

Location: Lagos Job Description

The Field Collections Officer will be responsible for visiting customers with overdue loan repayments, negotiating repayment arrangements, conducting field investigations, and supporting recovery efforts within assigned locations.

Conduct field visits to customers with overdue repayments Negotiate and follow up on repayment arrangements Support recovery of defaulted accounts and assets where necessary Maintain professional relationships with customers and relevant stakeholders

Candidates should possess minimum of an OND Previous experience in loan collections, recovery, or related field is an advantage Ability to work independently and meet recovery targets Familiarity with local routes and communities within assigned locations Must reside in Lagos (Epe, Oshodi, Amuwo Odofin or Ojo ).

N110,000 N20,000 transport allowance
