Resurgir Consulting - Our client is a reputable manufacturing company specializing in the production of Gbefun Bitters and other alcoholic beverages. The company also operates in the wine, liquor, and supermarket retail sector, with a commitment to producing high-quality products that meet industry standards and customer expectations. They are  recruiting to fill the position below:

 Job Title:  Finance Officer

Location: Ugbe Akoko, Ondo

Preferred Gender: Any

Start Date: Immediate Job Summary

We are seeking a highly competent and detail-oriented Finance Staff to join its finance team.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and financial operations,excellent analytical skills, and a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in a similar role. Candidates with a degree in Banking and Finance are strongly preferred.


Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports. Process payments, receipts, invoices, and reconciliations accurately. Monitor cash flow and assist in budgeting and financial planning. Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies promptly. Support payroll processing and other finance-related activities. Ensure compliance with financial policies, statutory regulations, and internal controls. Assist with audits by preparing the required financial records and reports. Monitor inventory-related financial transactions where applicable. Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to improve financial performance. Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient financial operations.


Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Banking and Finance (preferred) or a related discipline such as Accounting or Finance. Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar finance role. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills. High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.


Working Days & Hours:

Monday – Friday: 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Saturday: 7:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Break: One-hour break daily.


Preferred Candidate:

Candidates with a degree in Banking and Finance and at least five years of hands-on experience in a similar finance position within a manufacturing, FMCG, retail, or related industry will have an added advantage.


Salary

N150,000 – N200,000 per month (slightly negotiable based on experience and qualifications).
