We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Reporting Analyst to support financial reporting, analysis, reconciliations, and management reporting activities. This role is responsible for ensuring financial information is accurate, consistent, timely, and readily available to support business decisions and operational performance.

Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for management review and decision-making. Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies or variances. Support month-end financial reporting and closing activities. Prepare management reports and financial performance summaries. Monitor financial performance and identify key trends, risks, and opportunities. Support budgeting, forecasting, and operational reporting activities. Analyze financial data to provide meaningful insights to leadership. Ensure financial records are accurate, complete, and maintained in line with company standards. Collaborate with internal teams to gather, validate, and reconcile financial information. Maintain proper documentation of reporting processes and financial analyses. Support continuous improvement of financial reporting procedures and workflows.

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline. 3 - 5 years’ experience in financial reporting, accounting, or financial analysis. Proven experience preparing financial reports and management reports. Strong reconciliation skills with the ability to investigate and resolve financial variances. Experience supporting month-end reporting and financial close processes. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial analysis and reporting functions. Experience using QuickBooks Online Advanced is required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a remote environment. Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly.
