Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to support day-to-day financial operations.
The ideal candidate will assist with recording transactions, maintaining financial records, and supporting senior accounting staff to ensure accuracy and compliance in all financial activities.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in recording daily financial transactions and maintaining accurate records
Support accounts payable and receivable processes
Prepare and update financial documents, invoices, and reports
Assist with bank reconciliations and ledger postings
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
Support monthly financial reporting and closing activities
Monitor expenses and ensure proper classification of transactions
Assist with audit preparations and compliance requirements
RequirementsHND / Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
1–2 years relevant experience (NYSC experience acceptable)
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
Knowledge of bookkeeping and basic tax regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Familiarity with accounting software is an added advantage
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good organizational and time management skills
Willingness to learn and grow in an accounting role.
SalaryN140,000 Monthly.
