Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accountant to manage the company's financial records, support day-to-day accounting operations, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate financial records and accounting documents.
Prepare and process invoices, payments, and financial transactions.
Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
Monitor income and expenses and maintain proper financial records.
Prepare periodic financial reports and assist with budgeting.
Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies.
Maintain proper filing of accounting documents.
Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
Work Schedule:Monday – Friday (Working hours may vary depending on daily cargo operations. The Accountant is expected to close by 6:00 PM.)
RequirementsBachelor's Degree or HND in Accounting.
Minimum of 2 years' relevant accounting experience.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and other Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
SalaryN150,000 - N200,000 Monthly.
