Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to grow sales of printing services, attract new clients and manage existing customer relationships.
The ideal candidate must have proven experience selling printing services and the ability to convert business opportunities into revenue.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement marketing and sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
Identify and secure new business opportunities for printing services.
Build relationships with corporate organisations, advertising agencies, publishers and other prospective clients.
Promote the company’s printing capabilities through prospecting, client visits, presentations and networking.
Prepare proposals and quotations in collaboration with production and costing teams.
Negotiate pricing and contract terms within approved limits.
Coordinate with production teams to ensure customer specifications, quality expectations and delivery timelines are understood and met.
Manage customer accounts, resolve complaints and encourage repeat business.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and prepare regular performance reports.
Follow up on outstanding payments in collaboration with the Accounts team.
RequirementsB.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline.
Minimum of 3 years of demonstrable experience selling printing services.
Good understanding of printing products, production processes and customer requirements.
Proven ability to generate leads, win clients and meet sales targets.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship management skills.
Ability to prepare persuasive proposals and follow through on sales opportunities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools.
An established network of printing service buyers is an advantage.
Self-motivated, organised and comfortable with regular client visits.
SalaryN250,000 per month.
