Job Description
Proven experience selling HR outsourcing, temporary staffing, payroll outsourcing, recruitment outsourcing, managed workforce solutions, facility management outsourcing, or BPO services.
Demonstrated track record of acquiring and closing outsourcing contracts.
Strong network of corporate decision-makers (HR, Procurement, Operations, and Executive Management).
Experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, and strategic business development.
Proven ability to prepare proposals, respond to tenders, and deliver compelling client presentations.
Strong commercial negotiation and contract management skills.
Experience developing and managing sales pipelines.
Evidence of meeting or exceeding revenue and sales targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Ability to work independently, drive business growth, and deliver results under pressure.
Leadership potential with a proactive, results-driven ("hunter") mindset.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
Qualifications Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 5-10 years experience.
SalaryN750,000 per month.
