The Candidate We Are Looking For:We are seeking a technically strong and commercially driven Sales Engineer Manager who understands industrial equipment applications and can translate customer requirements into effective engineering solutions.
The ideal candidate should have experience in industrial equipment, strong client engagement skills, and the ability to develop long-term relationships with industrial customers, consultants, and project stakeholders. This role requires a professional who can combine technical knowledge with sales expertise to deliver value-driven solutions to clients.
Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze customer requirements and identify new sales opportunities.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective industrial customers and consultants.
Conduct regular customer visits and technical discussions.
Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals.
Coordinate with OEM principals for pricing, specifications, and technical support.
Achieve assigned sales targets and expand the customer base
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering.
3–6 years of experience in industrial equipment sales.
Experience dealing with industrial clients, consultants, and engineering teams is highly desirable.
Excellent business development acumen.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
