Job Title: Pre-Disbursement Agent
Location: Abuja
Responsibilities
Conduct physical visits to applicants' residential and business addresses.
Confirm the authenticity of applicants' home and business addresses.
Assess the applicant's business operations, income-generating activities, and repayment capacity.
Interview applicants, guarantors, neighbors, or business associates where necessary to validate information provided.
Identify potential risks, inconsistencies, or fraudulent information during field investigations.
Capture geolocation coordinates and photographs of applicants, businesses, and collateral as required.
Complete field verification reports accurately and submit them within the required turnaround time.
Ensure all Know Your Customer (KYC) and regulatory requirements are met before loan approval.
Escalate suspicious applications or cases that require further investigation.
