The role involves establishing extensive distribution networks across the region for Lontor's sales business. You'll be tasked with creating and implementing effective sales strategies to generate key accounts, overseeing new business development, and ensuring profitability. Negotiating and finalizing agreements with major customers is a key responsibility. You'll need to develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company goals, while leading, training, and motivating a team of Outside Sales Representatives to meet and exceed targets. Managing and monitoring sales performance, providing guidance and support to the team is essential. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand the customer base is crucial. Building and maintaining relationships with key clients to ensure high customer satisfaction is expected. Staying informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape, making recommendations for improvements and growth is part of the job. Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts, conducting research to identify new potential customers and market opportunities, and liaising with Marketing and Product Development departments to maintain brand consistency are additional responsibilities. You'll also be expected to carry out team management duties and other tasks as assigned by Lontor management.
