Job Description
We are seeking a smart, result-driven, and customer-focused Relationship Officer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for SME loan sourcing, deposit mobilization, customer relationship management, and business development activities.
Job Responsibilities
Source and manage SME loan customers.
Mobilize deposits and grow the bank's customer base.
Ensure satisfactory service delivery to all customers and address their inquiries promptly.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Conduct customer visits and business assessments.
Follow up on loan repayments and ensure portfolio quality.
Adhere to standard operating procedures and business practices.
Achieve established performance targets within the specific time frame.
Work with the team to develop and implement a business development plan to improve deposits.
Meet assigned targets and quota in deposit mobilization and other assigned tasks.
Promote the bank's products and services.
RequirementsB.Sc. Degree / HND in a relevant field.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in banking, microfinance o related role.
Prior experience as an SME lending and deposit mobilization officer in a financial institution.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Target-driven and able to work with minimal supervision.
The candidate should be a resident of Abuja and Maraba.
