Reports to: Sales & Marketing Manager Description

We are seeking a passionate, results-driven Sales and Marketing Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, supporting marketing initiatives, and contributing to the growth and visibility of the Loom Chocolate brand across retail, wholesale, and corporate markets.

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Identify and acquire new customers, including retailers, wholesalers, supermarkets, and corporate clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat orders and ensure customer satisfaction. Conduct field visits, market activations, and product demonstrations. Monitor competitor activities and gather market intelligence to support sales strategies. Manage distribution routes and ensure effective product availability across assigned locations. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Assist in developing and executing online and offline marketing campaigns. Plan and coordinate product launches, in-store promotions, product tastings, and other promotional activities. Support social media management and content creation. Coordinate with designers, printers, and external agencies on promotional and marketing materials. Monitor consumer behavior and market trends to support branding and marketing decisions. Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, community events, and other relevant industry events.

OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of relevant sales experience, preferably within FMCG, food and beverage, confectionery, or related industries. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing customer relationships. Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, persuasive, and results-oriented. Ability to work independently and effectively within a team. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools. Proximity to Ikeja / Ogba, Lagos is an added advantage. Good knowledge of the local retail and wholesale market. Passion for food, chocolate, confectionery, or artisanal products. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory. Ability to tailor sales pitches and approaches to different customer segments, including individual buyers, retailers, wholesalers, and corporate clients.

Salary: N150,000 - N200, 000 per month. Access to staff benefits upon successful completion of the 3-month probation period including:
