Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and target-driven Senior Sales Representative to drive business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets across assigned territories.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities.
Build relationships with contractors, architects, builders, developers, retailers, and other key customers.
Promote and sell the company's building materials and finishing products.
Generate leads, follow up on quotations, and close sales.
Conduct regular field visits and source new projects.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Achieve sales targets and prepare regular sales reports.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
RequirementsHND / Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field.
Minimum of 3 years' sales experience, preferably in the building materials, construction materials, or related industry.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
Good knowledge of the Lagos or Abuja market.

Competitive Salary of N350,000 – N600,000 per month.
