Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Van Sales Representatives to drive sales, expand customer coverage, and ensure timely product distribution.
The ideal candidate should have proven van sales experience, strong route-to-market knowledge, and a track record of achieving sales targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesDrive sales and achieve assigned targets within designated routes.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Execute effective route-to-market and distribution activities.
Ensure timely product delivery, merchandising, and stock replenishment.
Prepare daily sales reports and collect customer payments where applicable.
RequirementsMinimum of OND / SSCE qualification.
2–3 years' proven experience in van sales, preferably in FMCG.
Strong knowledge of route-to-market operations.
Valid driver's licence with good driving skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
