Job Summary
We are seeking a smart, energetic, and customer-oriented personto join our fashion house.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, maintaining attractive product displays, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience while representing the brand with professionalism.
Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service.
Assist customers in selecting clothing, footwear, bags, accessories, and other fashion items based on their preferences and needs.
Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling and upselling techniques.
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom at all times.
Arrange, replenish, and merchandise products on shelves and display racks.
Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, exchanges, and returns professionally.
Promote new arrivals, seasonal collections, discounts, and ongoing promotional campaigns.
Monitor stock levels and promptly report low or damaged inventory.
Assist with stock receiving, tagging, pricing, and periodic inventory counts.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat patronage.
Stay informed about current fashion trends, product knowledge, and styling recommendations.
Comply with company policies, operational procedures, and customer service standards.
Perform other duties assigned by management.
RequirementsMinimum of SSCE / WAEC; OND or higher qualification is an added advantage.
1–2 years' experience in retail sales, preferably in a fashion boutique or clothing store.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales, customer service, and relationship-building abilities.
Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling.
Well-groomed, presentable, and fashion-conscious.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Willingness to work weekends and public holidays when required.
SalaryN50,000 per month.
