Job Summary
We are seeking a smart, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our retail team in Lekki Palms.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring customers enjoy a seamless shopping experience while achieving assigned sales targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and attend to walk-in customers professionally.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Process sales transactions accurately.
Maintain proper product displays and ensure the store is clean and organized.
Follow up on customer inquiries and build lasting customer relationships.
Promote new products, discounts, and special offers.
Assist with stock taking and inventory management.
Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate where necessary.
Prepare daily sales reports as required.
RequirementsMinimum of an OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree.
1 - 2 years of experience in retail or showroom sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Ability to meet sales targets.
Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Must reside within Lekki, Ajah, Victoria Island, or nearby locations.
SalaryN80,000 monthly
