FCSL Asset Management Company was incorporated in 1994 and has been operational for nearly 3 decades, providing various investments, financial services and advisory, with the Corporate Finance and Advisory, Equities and Fixed Income Securities and Markets. We are  recruiting to fill the position below:

 Job Title: Senior Portfolio Manager 

Location: Lagos  Duties and Responsibilities 

Develop and implement investment strategies across client portfolios Manage portfolio performance and ensure alignment with client objectives and risk tolerance Monitor market trends and identify investment opportunities Review and approve investment recommendations and portfolio allocations Prepare and present portfolio performance and market reports Monitor portfolio performance against benchmarks and recommend corrective actions where necessary Build and maintain relationships with clients Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and investment policies Collaborate with internal teams to support efficient portfolio execution Provide guidance to the portfolio management team Conduct in-depth macroeconomic, industry, and security analysis to identify investment opportunities and portfolio risks Contribute to investment product development and business growth initiatives

Educational & Professional Qualifications  

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline Relevant professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CIS, ACA) 6 - 8 years of experience in portfolio management

Strong knowledge of portfolio management and financial markets Excellent analytical and investment decision-making skills Strong understanding of risk management principles Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Leadership and team development capability High level of integrity and professionalism Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
