Service Specialist, In-Vitro Diagnostics is responsible for attending to all client’s request, complaints, enquiries on IVD Equipment in efficient and professional manner.
Key ResponsibilitiesClients: CustomerServices
Provision of first line support to Clients for product information and application, including responding to telephone and email enquiries.
Carryout installation, breakdown, and preventative maintenance cover to clients.
Investigation, documentation, and resolution of customer complaints, including liaison with relevant suppliers, in a timely and professional manner.
Provision of customer feedback and market information to appropriate sales and marketing personnel.
Provide on-site or virtual product training for end users.
Downtime:To ensure client gets minimum down time.
Understanding of issue from the first call ensuring quick resolution.
Lodging all complaints on OEM platforms and follow-up.
As service is key to success, we need to ensure every client is catered with a respectable way.
Back up services available and monitored carefully.
RequirementsExperience:2 – 4 years’ experience as Service Specialist, In-Vitro Diagnostics
