Job Summary
Hortigraph Nigeria Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Storekeeper to manage warehouse operations at our facility in Utako, Abuja(FCT).
The ideal candidate must have a strong background in inventory control, stock handling, and warehouse organization
Key ResponsibilitiesReceive, inspect, and record incoming materials and products.
Organize and store items systematically for easy retrieval and reduced spoilage.
Maintain accurate stock levels by conducting regular physical inventory counts.
Issue raw materials or finished products based on authorized requisitions.
Track material usage and report discrepancies or shortages immediately.
Coordinate with procurement and production departments to ensure timely availability of goods.
Maintain proper documentation of all stock transactions.
Ensure cleanliness and safety of the store environment.
QualificationsPossess an HND / B.Sc. Degree in Logistics, Business Admin, Accounting, or a related field with 2 - 4 years experience in a similar role
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
Core Qualities & Skills:Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
Proficiency in stock management software or Excel.
Basic knowledge of supply chain or warehouse operations.
Trustworthiness and high sense of accountability.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Team player with excellent communication skills.
Physically fit and able to lift moderately heavy items.
SalaryN200,000 - N300,000 monthly.
