Job Title: Wealth Manager
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Summary
The Wealth Manager will be responsible for mobilizing deposits, manage high-value client relationships, drive investment product sales, and support the bank’s liability growth strategy.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and onboard High Net-worth Individuals (HNIs), corporates, and institutional clients for deposit mobilization.
Promote and structure Fixed Deposit, Savings, and Investment products in line with bank pricing and risk guidelines.
Maintain strong, professional client relationships through regular engagement and portfolio reviews.
Prepare and present investment proposals, indicative offers, and term sheets to clients.
Track market interest rates and competitor offerings to support pricing decisions.
Ensure proper documentation, KYC compliance, and adherence to internal credit and risk policies.
Achieve monthly and quarterly liability mobilization targets.
Education Requirement
BSc. / HND in Finance, Economics, Business or related field.
Relevant Work Experience:3 – 5 years deposit mobilization/wealth management (preferably in MFB, commercial bank, asset management or investment finance).
Other Requirements
Strong existing network of HNIs and corporate clients.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Strong understanding of investment products, treasury, and market rates.
