We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Architect
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
Lead design development from the concept stage through schematic design.
Generate Good for Construction (GFC) drawings in alignment with standard industry practices.
Review, update, and control drawing revisions, maintaining version control across all teams.
Coordinate directly with external design consultants on design queries and technical specifications.
Monitor design progress against established milestones and site operational requirements.
Manage design workshops, lead team meetings, and deliver formal stage presentations to stakeholders.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
Proven experience in multi-family residential or commercial real estate developments.
Advanced proficiency in CAD, Revit, and 3D modeling software.
Strong track record of technical drawing management and consultant coordination.
SalaryN200,000 - N500,000 monthly.
