Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content for our properties, social media platforms, website, advertising campaigns and other marketing activities.
The ideal candidate should have a good eye for visual storytelling and be able to turn property images, videos and marketing ideas into engaging content that attracts potential buyers and investors.
Key ResponsibilitiesShoot professional videos and photographs of properties, projects and company activities.
Create property walkthroughs, Reels, TikTok videos, YouTube Shorts and promotional videos.
Edit videos with professional transitions, captions, music, sound effects and colour correction.
Design attractive graphics for social media, property listings, advertisements and promotional campaigns.
Create content suitable for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and WhatsApp.
Develop creative ideas for property marketing and social media content.
Maintain consistent company branding across all visual materials.
Assist with photography and video coverage of events, inspections and property launches.
Organise and maintain video, photo and design files.
Work closely with the marketing and sales team to deliver creative content on schedule.
RequirementsMinimum of OND / HND / Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Mass Communication, Fine Arts, Digital Media or a related field.
1–3 years' experience in videography, video editing and graphic design.
Proven experience creating social media content.
Strong knowledge of video editing and graphic design.
Good knowledge of tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, CapCut or Canva.
Good understanding of photography, lighting, composition and video production.
Strong creativity and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of real estate/property content creation is an added advantage.
