Role Overview
The Senior Business Development Executive will lead the company's growth efforts by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and closing high-value deals.
What You'll Do
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
Build and maintain relationships with developers, architects, contractors, consultants, and key decision-makers.
Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
Prepare sales presentations, commercial proposals, and accurate revenue forecasts.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Who You Are
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
5–7 years of proven experience in business development or B2B sales.
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Self-motivated, commercially driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
