As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Support Officer to support field operations, ensure accurate data tracking, and drive efficient coordination across teams.

Job Title: Business Developer

Key Responsibilities
Identify and target key merchants for merchant loans, collaboration opportunities, and online payment solutions.
Prospect and engage potential clients through online platforms, industry events, referrals, and other channels.
Build strong relationships with merchants and key decision-makers.
Assess clients’ business needs, payment processes, and challenges to recommend suitable solutions.
Present and demonstrate FLEXI’s products and services, highlighting their value and potential ROI.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to successfully close deals.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and excellent customer experience.
Maintain long-term relationships with key and high-quality merchants.
RequirementsOND, HND, or B.Sc. Degree in any relevant discipline.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Target-driven with a passion for sales.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Good knowledge of the Kaduna market and business environment.
