Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to drive sales and business growth within the institutional sector.
The ideal candidate must have proven B2B sales/business development experience and be capable of building relationships with government agencies, educational institutions, healthcare organizations, NGOs, and corporate clients to achieve revenue targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and secure new institutional business opportunities.
Develop and manage relationships with key institutional clients.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and participate in tender processes.
Achieve sales targets and provide regular pipeline and sales reports.
Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
3–5 years' experience in Business Development with strong B2B sales experience (mandatory).
Experience selling to institutional clients such as government agencies, schools, hospitals, NGOs, or corporate organizations is highly preferred.
Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Relevant experience in industrial chemical organization is necessary.
