Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Specialist with experience selling Recruitment, Learning & Development (L&D), and other HR-related services.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving client acquisition, growing revenue, and supporting the Business Development Manager in achieving organizational goals.
RequirementsInterested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
Proven experience of within 3-5 years in selling Recruitment, L&D, or related HR services.
Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Ability to identify opportunities and close deals effectively.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive.
