 Job Title: Field Sales Agent and Sales Merchandiser

Locations: Abuja, Ajah, Alimosho & Badagry - Lagos and Kano

We are looking for Field Sales Agents & Sales Merchandisers to join our team and drive sales, product visibility, and customer growth. 

Field Sales Agents: What You’ll Do:

Generate leads and acquire new customers Promote and sell products Build strong customer relationships Meet and exceed sales targets Handle customer enquiries and provide excellent support Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities

Sales Merchandiser: What You’ll Do:

Build relationships with store managers and staff Ensure excellent product placement and visibility Monitor stock, sales performance, and merchandising compliance Identify opportunities to boost sales Share market trends and customer insights

Field Sales Agents Requirements

Minimum 1 year of field sales experience Proven sales track record Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Sales Merchandiser Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in any field Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
