Job Overview
The Front Build Manager oversees the setup, execution, and performance tracking of retail store fronts and deployment sites within assigned territories.
This role bridges field execution with internal data tracking, ensuring brand standards and post-deployment retail performance targets are met.
ResponsibilitiesMonitor retail site setup, execution, and quality within the assigned territory.
Track post-deployment performance, identify issues, and follow up until closure.
Use internal systems and Excel for data tracking, reporting, and online reviews.
Communicate with territory teams to ensure smooth execution.
RequirementsFast learner and able to quickly master system operations.
Good communication skills, clear thinking, strong responsibility, and positive attitude.
Proficient in Excel with basic data analysis and review skills.
Experience in similar roles or the smartphone industry.
Experience with other smartphone brands is preferred.
Chinese language ability is a plus.
