Welcome guests professionally and provide a warm, personalised experience. Attend to enquiries, requests, complaints, and feedback promptly. Provide guests with information about apartment facilities, services, house rules, and nearby attractions. Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures. Verify booking details and required identification. Explain apartment facilities and house rules. Issue and collect keys/access cards and ensure proper documentation of arrivals and departures. Respond to booking enquiries received through phone, WhatsApp, social media, booking platforms, and other approved channels. Confirm reservations, update booking records, process extensions/cancellations, and ensure availability information is accurate. Support the management of the apartment's Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp Business, and other approved digital platforms. Create and post engaging content showcasing apartments, facilities, guest experiences, promotions, and special offers. Take quality photos and short videos of apartments, facilities, events, and guest-ready spaces using approved devices. Prepare simple captions, reels, stories, and promotional content.

Bachelor’s degree/HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Public Relations, Estate Management or a related field. Minimum of 1–2 years’ relevant experience in front desk operations, customer service, hospitality, real estate, digital marketing or a related role. Experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand is an advantage. Experience in the real estate, hospitality, luxury lifestyle or property management industry will be an added advantage. Demonstrable ability to create engaging social media content. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Familiarity with Canva, CapCut or similar content creation tools is an advantage. Knowledge of social media analytics and digital advertising is an advantage.
