Head Human Resources

The Head, Human Resources and Admin will Manage the HR function with the objective of building and retaining a highly skilled, motivated and engaged workforce to support the achievement of corporate strategic objectives    

Key Responsibilities    


Coordinate and implement talent, performance, career, and succession plans.
Oversee a fair and transparent performance management system.
Identify training needs and drive tailored learning and development programs.
Develop and execute attraction, retention, and leadership development strategies.
Design competitive, equitable compensation structures and manage cost forecasts.
Lead, coach, and appraise HR and admin teams to ensure high performance.
Supervise office admin, vendor management, and facility maintenance.
Ensure compliance with HR and admin policies and regulatory standards.
Develop HR strategies, policies, and budgets aligned with corporate goals.
Provide strategic HR advisory and support decision-making at leadership level.    


Key Requirements - Educational    


Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
Master’s degree or MBA is an added advantage    


Key Requirements -

Critical/Must Have


10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
Proven success in HR transformation initiatives
Strong understanding of Nigerian labor laws and HR compliance    Desirable
Experience in Oil & Gas sector
Professional certifications (e.g., CIPM, SHRM)
