Job Summary
To oversee and coordinate diversified agricultural operations across crop production, livestock, aquaculture, agroforestry, plantation development, irrigation systems, and sustainable farm enterprises.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving farm productivity, operational efficiency, resource optimization, team management, and commercial performance across multiple farming systems.
The ideal candidate should possess strong practical experience in managing integrated farm operations, agricultural project implementation, farm planning, budgeting, production systems, and team leadership.
RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Animal Science, Agricultural Economics, Agricultural Engineering, Fisheries, Forestry, or related discipline.
Minimum 7–10 years of practical farm management experience.
Experience managing multiple farm enterprises simultaneously.
Strong leadership, planning, budgeting, and reporting skills.
Experience with irrigation systems, mechanization, and climate-smart agriculture is an advantage.
