Description
We are seeking a detail-orientedInternal Audito / Quality Assurance Officerto strengthen internal controls, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement across the organisation.
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct internal audits and compliance reviews.
Evaluate internal controls, processes and operational risks.
Identify process gaps and recommend corrective actions.
Monitor compliance with company policies and procedures.
Prepare audit reports and follow up on recommendations.
Support quality assurance and process improvement initiatives.
Investigate discrepancies and potential control weaknesses.
RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
3–5 years' experience in internal audit, compliance or quality assurance.
Professional certification such as ICAN, ACCA, CIA or related qualification is an advantage.
Strong analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
SalaryN450,000 - N500,000 monthly.
