If you have a passion for property law, excellent legal drafting skills, and a keen eye for detail, we’d love to hear from you.
Key ResponsibilitiesDraft, review, and negotiate legal agreements and contracts.
Conduct legal research and provide sound legal advice to support business operations.
Handle property due diligence, title verification, and perfection of land documentation.
Prepare and review deeds, leases, assignments, and other real estate documentation.
Liaise with regulatory agencies, government offices, and external counsel.
Ensure the company’s compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
Maintain legal records and provide general legal support across the business.
RequirementsLL.B and B.L qualifications.
Less than three (3) years’ post-Call to Bar experience.
Strong knowledge of Nigerian property and commercial law.
Excellent legal drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Applicants must reside in Ikeja or its environs.
Only candidates who reside in Ikeja or within a 30-minute commute of the office will be considered.
