Lead Learning and Development Strategist

Qualifications


Undergraduate degree in business management, Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Social Sciences, Mass Communication, or a comparable field.
Demonstrated expertise (8+ years) in Learning and Development.
Prior experience managing a Training Institute will be considered favorably.
Outstanding business development, marketing, and research capabilities.
Strong project management and coordination abilities.


Key Duties


Skillfully organize and manage all Academy operations.
Oversee the execution of the Academy's Strategic Plans and Initiatives.
Create, develop, and enhance top-tier training materials (course content, training modules, case studies, and presentation slides) for both open-enrollment and customized training programs.
Proactively seek new client prospects and business opportunities, securing at least 30% of the unit's new client acquisition goal.
Provide leadership and oversight for all open-enrollment and bespoke training engagements.
Manage training programs, including budget preparation, venue selection, client communication, and facilitator identification.
Collaborate with clients to identify skill gaps and formulate training plans to address these deficiencies.
Continuously generate innovative ideas for additional service offerings.
Establish and finalize Strategic Training Partnerships.
Ensure Academy activities adhere to the Standard Operating Procedure.
Monitor and pursue receivables with clients and team members to achieve a monthly recovery target of 80%.
Promote training programs to existing and potential clients, attaining a minimum of 20% of the unit's target for acquiring new training clients.
Manage the preparation of the annual DCSL Academy Training Calendar.
Examine all Proposals for Customized Training, Strategy Sessions, and Retreats, and actively follow up on these.
Supervise and ensure timely invoice issuance for all training programs.
Implement quality assurance measures for all training engagements.
Deliver prompt and high-quality feedback on all training programs.
Evaluate training reports for customized training and Strategy Sessions.
Perform any other tasks as assigned.
