Project Architect / Structural Designer - Ogun

Job Brief


We are looking for a talented Architect to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, creativity, and attention to detail.
This role requires expertise in architectural principles, project management, and communication skills to deliver high-quality architectural solutions.


Requirements and Qualifications


Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
Experience: 5 years and above post NYSC experience in similar or related roles in a reputable design firm
Licensed architect with a valid professional registration will stand a better chance, but not a MUST.
Proven experience in architectural design and project management. Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and other design tools.
Strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity, innovation, and technical expertise.
Excellent communication and presentation skills. Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Attention to detail and accuracy in design documentation.
Collaboration and teamwork abilities.
Be resident in Ode-Remo, Ogun State or be ready to relocate to Ode-Remo or neighboring towns for ease of commuting to site on daily basis.
Have worked with a renowned civil engineering firm in Nigeria or worked with an international civil engineering firm abroad.
Fluent in English - oral and written. Secondly, ability
To communicate in Yoruba language is highly recommended. Basic knowledge of Chinese language will be an advantage.
Communication and Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
Project Management: Architects need strong project management skills to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.

Benefits


Salary: N250,000 - N400,000 / Month.
