Job Description
We are seeking a skilled React Native Engineer to join our Engineering Team and help build, improve, and maintain high-quality mobile applications across our fintech ecosystem.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with product, design, backend, QA, and other engineering teams to deliver secure, reliable, and intuitive mobile experiences.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
Build scalable and reusable mobile components and features.
Translate product requirements and UI/UX designs into functional mobile applications.
Integrate mobile applications with REST APIs and backend services.
Implement features involving authentication, user accounts, wallets, transactions, trading, and other fintech workflows.
Work closely with backend engineers to consume APIs and troubleshoot integration issues.
Write clean, scalable, reusable, and maintainable code.
Debug and resolve application issues across Android and iOS.
Optimise application performance, responsiveness, and stability.
Implement appropriate state management and application architecture.
Write and maintain unit, component, and integration tests.
Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
Collaborate with QA engineers to identify and resolve defects.
Support application deployment and release processes.
Monitor and resolve production issues.
Follow secure coding and mobile application development best practices.
Maintain technical documentation.
Stay current with React Native, JavaScript/TypeScript, mobile development, and relevant technologies.
Perform other engineering responsibilities assigned by the Engineering Lead.
