Job Title: Regional Business Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Summary
Drive business growth, oversee operations, and strengthen client relationships in Northern Nigeria.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute regional business strategies to achieve revenue and market expansion targets.
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances.
Lead, mentor, and manage regional teams to ensure high performance and engagement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, government agencies, and partners.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
A Masters degree is desirable
5-8 years of experience in business development especially in the Public Sector, operations management, and team leadership.
Strong understanding of the South west Nigeria Public Sector business environment and market dynamics.
Excellent presentation skills
Very good use of PowerPoint, Excel and Microsoft Teams.
