Job Title: Sales Associate

Responsibilities
Welcome, understand and assist customers visiting the store.
Recommend products, style customers and communicate the story behind company's products.
Convert store traffic and enquiries into sales.
Follow up with existing and prospective customers.
Build and maintain customer relationships.
Support WhatsApp, Instagram and other approved digital-selling activities when required.
Maintain high standards of product presentation, merchandising and store readiness.
Participate in activations, events and customer-acquisition initiatives.
Meet individual and team sales targets.
Collect useful customer feedback and customer information.
Indicative Performance Measures
Individual and store sales targets.
Conversion of store traffic into purchases.
Average order value and units per transaction.
New customer acquisition, follow-up and repeat purchase.
Customer-experience and store-presentation standards.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Preferably lives around Ikeja, Ogba, Agidingbi, Maryland or nearby areas.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for fashion, styling and customer experience.
Confident, presentable, commercially driven and proactive.
Comfortable working shifts and weekends.
Previous retail or customer-facing experience is preferred.
Must understand that the role involves active selling and customer acquisition.
SalaryN250,000 monthly.
